Orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and commercial rules were managed across disconnected tools, so teams had to reconcile information by hand and managers lacked a dependable view of what was pending, collected, due, delivered, or ready to close.
Pulse was built as a responsive web application with a shared operational data model and role-based access throughout. A management dashboard summarizes sales, collections, dues, claims, and delivery activity; order screens handle creation, payments, returns, and reconciliation; delivery users get a focused queue; and daily closing turns operational activity into a reviewable, lockable end-of-day record.
