The challenge

Orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and commercial rules for a two-office Streax Professional distribution business were managed across disconnected tools, so teams had to reconcile information by hand and managers lacked a dependable view of what was pending, collected, due, delivered, or ready to close.

The solution

Pulse was built as a responsive web application with a shared operational data model and role-based access throughout. A management dashboard summarizes sales, collections, dues, claims, and delivery activity; order screens handle creation, payments, returns, and reconciliation; delivery users get a focused queue; and daily closing turns operational activity into a reviewable, lockable end-of-day record. It now runs both distribution offices day to day, with HRI Extension bridging it to HRI Bangladesh's own ordering system to pull in sales orders and keep stock in sync.

Key capabilities

Dashboards & analytics

  • Date-range dashboard with sales, paid, due, claim, commission, expense, discount, and reconciliation indicators
  • Order-status, daily-order, daily-payment, delivery, top-outlet, and sales-representative summaries
  • Delivery dashboard with amount to collect, collected amount, due amount, and order status breakdowns
  • Courier-tracking summary with synchronization state and recent tracked orders

Order & workflow management

  • Order creation, editing, filtering, pagination, status changes, and soft deletion/restoration
