The challenge

Operational teams relied on disconnected processes for service requests, installations, maintenance, and reporting, making it difficult to maintain a consistent view of work, coordinate teams, and turn operational data into timely decisions.

The solution

A role-based service operations platform with a unified interface for the operational lifecycle: workflow management, configurable forms, dashboards, reports, document exchanges, auditability, and integrations with supporting business systems, now being enhanced with centralized single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.

ESOP is an active, continuously enhanced platform that centralizes service requests, installations, preventive maintenance, field activity, and reporting behind role-based access.
