The challenge

Operational teams had to move between HRI Bangladesh's ordering portal and Pulse to review orders, inspect invoices, confirm delivery documents, and transfer records, creating fragmented workflows and repeated lookups.

The solution

A Manifest V3 Chrome extension that enhances HRI Bangladesh's order and delivery-document pages with contextual actions: viewing invoice and memo documents, synchronizing selected fields into the current page, importing order data directly into Pulse, and reviewing the resulting record.

HRI Extension is a Chrome-based bridge between HRI Bangladesh's ordering system and Pulse, bringing order viewing, synchronization, importing, and document-preview actions into one workflow.

Key capabilities

Order & document workflows

  • Row-level Import, View, and Sync actions with import-state detection for new vs. already-processed orders
  • Batch invoice viewing from the order toolbar, with contextual processing and error states
  • Memo viewing, confirmation, printing, and summaries from delivery-document pages

Synchronization & configuration

  • Extracts invoice metadata, outlet information, delivery details, pricing, and line items from the source system
  • Multi-invoice preview support with invoice numbering and one-document-per-page printing
  • Selectable destination connection, page-level enablement, and light/dark/system theme options
  • License activation, validation, and access-token refresh handling
